Terms and Conditions for Dietitians NZ Professional Development Webinars


These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the professional development webinars ("Webinars") provided by Dietitians NZ ("Dietitians NZ"). By registering for and participating in any Webinar, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration and Participation:
a. Registration for Webinars is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
b. By registering for a Webinar, you confirm your commitment to attend and actively participate in the entire session.
c. By registering for a Webinar, you agree not to share the link with any other parties.


2. Fees:
a. Participation in Webinars may be subject to fees, which will be clearly stated at the time of registration.
b. Payment of fees must be made in full prior to the commencement of the Webinar to secure your place.

3. Intellectual Property:
a. All materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, provided during the Webinars are the intellectual property of Dietitians NZ or the presenters.
b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials provided during the Webinars without prior written consent from Dietitians NZ.

4. Code of Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the Webinars.
b. Any form of disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate language, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Webinar without refund.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing to Dietitians NZ at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the Webinar.
b. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees.
c. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the Webinar or for no-shows.

6. Disclaimer of Liability:
a. Dietitians NZ makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or suitability of the information provided during the Webinars.
b. Participation in the Webinars is at your own risk, and Dietitians NZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Webinars.

7. Modifications:
a. Dietitians NZ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Dietitians NZ website.

8. Governing Law:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

By registering for a Dietitians NZ Professional Development Webinar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
